Talk to Jesus is a faith-oriented conversation app that lets users have simulated conversations with "Jesus" through text and voice. The app uses artificial intelligence to generate responses that are inspired by Christian values and the Bible.
The app is provided by Presentmania s.r.o. and is available on mobile platforms (iOS and Android), with potential web access in the future. Our target users are primarily Christians and spiritually curious individuals, with a global audience focused on the EU and US.
The app is meant for spiritual reflection, encouragement, and education. It is not a replacement for professional psychological, medical, legal, financial, or pastoral counseling.
Users can send written questions or messages. The system responds with AI-generated text in the persona of "Jesus," based on predefined system prompts and training data.
The app can read out responses using a "Jesus-like" synthetic voice via a third-party text-to-speech provider (such as ElevenLabs). Users can listen to the answers in audio form.
New users receive a limited amount of free usage (e.g., a few minutes of conversation or a small number of messages). After the free usage is consumed, further access requires a paid subscription or in-app purchase.
Users may create an account using email + password or a third-party login (e.g., Apple/Google). The account stores basic profile data and conversation history.
Users can view and revisit their previous chats with the AI. Users may delete individual conversations or their entire account.
The app may send push notifications or emails (e.g., reminders to pray, motivational verses, product updates, subscription status).

You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.

The App may contain links to third-party websites and services. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content of these external sites.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Presentmania s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or inability to use it, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's functionality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
The App requires a compatible mobile device and internet connection. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and internet connection. We are not responsible for any costs associated with accessing the App through your device or internet provider.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms of Service or for any reason we deem necessary. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The company is based in the Czech Republic. Any legal action or proceeding related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Czech Republic, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country where applicable.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, or if not possible, shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Presentmania s.r.o. regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
